Q: Are you trading company or Manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer with over 10 years . mainly produce zinc alloy handles,aluminum alloy handles,ceramic handles and so on. Our factory covering 5000 square meters factory, 3 die-casting machines, 5 packing lines, total 80 prefessional technical staffs.
Q: Are samples free?
A: Samples can be free, but they incur shipping costs.
Q: What is your MOQ requirement?
A: We could accept the sample orders. For the hot-sell item we always have the stock in the warehouse could deliver in anytime in any quantity. Please contact us to get specific information about the products.
Q: Can we make ODM products?
A: Yes. we can OEM, also ODM business.
Q: Can a proprietary logo be placed on products?
A: OEM is available. Please contact us to confirm the details before placing an order.
Q: How long is the lead time for shipments?
A: In general, the lead time is about 30 to 45 days. Please confirm an exact delivery time frame with us, as different products and quantities will have varying lead times.
Q: How are products packed and shipped?
A: Normally, products will be packed in exporting cartons. If you have any special requirements, please inform us when ordering.
Q: What is your MOV requirement?
A: The minimum of value is USD$5,000 per shipment invoice to avoid a shipping & handing charge of USD$300 by sea. For more details, please contact us.
